David Schwimmer Is Dating, Ross Geller Style

Friends star David Schwimmer is dating. No one is surprised since the 53-year old actor has been single for two years. Last time his private life was in the news was when he and Zoe Buckman confirmed their split back in April 2017. The former couple married in 2010 and shares one child.

The actor, best known as Ross Geller, is now seeing 29-year-old Katie Markowitz. There’s nothing wrong with their ages, but it did give fans (and us) some Ross vibes. Hopefully, it won’t end like the relationship with Professor Geller and young Elizabeth. Unlike the naughty Professor, Schwimmer and his new leading lady are both adults, and let’s face it: the actor looks much younger than 53.

Schwimmer is notoriously private when it comes to life outside his work. He did speak candidly about fame and relationships, explaining that he felt a constant need to hide. Since Schwimmer is the father of an eight-year-old daughter, it is understandable why he is so protective. After all, he did see how celebrity and fame got into the lives of his real-life friends and former costars way before he felt it on his skin.

Schwimmer and Markowitz only went on a few dates, US Weekly confirmed. With the Friends reunion in the works, it is going to be hard for all actors of the show to hide their private lives. Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer did not confirm or deny anything. However, talks are currently underway, and this is the closest we may get to seeing Friends again, ever since the show ended in 2004. While many fans are excited, some are afraid that the reunion will destroy one of the most memorable sitcoms.
