Plus, with the new school year started, having “me time” is going to be even harder if you count homework and extra curricular activities. Sometimes, you just need to take a nice, long shower. It’s good to get clean, and that steam is good for your pores and sinuses. If your spouse has to watch your child for the length of your shower, they’ll just have to grumble about it, because you deserve a good shower or bath! It’s truly therapeutic and good for your soul.

Sleep can have a huge effect on how you feel both emotionally and physically. Not getting enough can even cause major health issues. But stress and other distractions can wreak havoc on our sleep.
