Not just physically, but also to make sure that you are giving yourself some extra love. One fun idea is to write yourself a love letter. No need for someone else to tell you that you are amazing. You should tell yourself all the good things about you and other amazing things you have going for you in your life. But that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t take compliments from other people. Along the same line, don’t forget to compliment yourself too.

Another thing you can do to take care of yourself is to spend more time doing things for yourself. There are plenty of things in life that you have to do but you should also be making time for things you want to do. Doing things that you love to do solely for the fact that you just plain enjoy doing them is not only healthy for you but will also change how you interact with people around you as well.
