One of the best ways to meditate is through breathing. But the thing is, you are probably breathing incorrectly. Because of stress in your day to day life, people often take shallow breaths from their chest when in fact, you should be breathing deep in your stomach. Stomach breathing relaxes the body and activates the sympathetic nervous system which is key for relaxation.
