Stars of Guy Ritchie’s The Gentleman Matthew McConaughey, and Hugh Grant are trying out a new calling. Well, at least when it comes to their parents, but if they do make a successful match, anything is possible. Here are all the details!

During an interview with Mashable, McConaughey explained that his 87-year-old mother is single and vital. The actor said that his father left in 1992 and later his mother had another breakup. Grant excitingly asked his costar: Would your 87-year-old mother like a nice 91-year-old Englishman?” And we are seriously more excited about this potential union than the movie itself. Not because we aren’t Guy Ritchie fans, but because this would be one of the cutest hookups in the celebrity history.

The matchmakers are enjoying the domestic bliss. Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves have been married for eight years, and they have three children. Though the couple is extremely popular, they are considered to be low profile, which is always a good sign for a Hollywood couple.

Now, Hugh Grant’s love life was never this simple. The actor married in 2016 for the first time. He is the father of five children, three of them with his wife, Anna Eberstein. Anna and Hugh welcomed their first son in September 2012. She gave birth to a daughter in December 2015, and in March 2018, Hugh Grant’s ex-girlfriend and one of his best friends, Elizabeth Hurley, revealed that the couple had welcomed the third child. Hugh also has two children – Tabitha, eight, and Felix, six – with Tinglan Hong. The famous British heartbreaker rarely talks about fatherhood, but he did say: “It was the nicest thing that’s ever happened to me – he said sounding clichéd – but it happens to be true. It is life-changing. I recommend it. Get some!”

The Gentlemen is a crime movie, and it additionally stars Charlie Hunnam, Henry Golding, Michelle Dockery, Jeremy Strong, Eddie Marsan, and Colin Farrell.
