Double Cheeseburger Pizza
You’ll be the undisputed master of the party with this succulent pizza pie.

Ingredients
Pizza Dough
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 tbsp Fast Acting Yeast
- 1 tspn Salt
- 1 cup Warm Water
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Pizza Sauce
- 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tspn Sugar
- 1 tbsn Ketchup
- 1 tbsn Olive Oil
Pizza Toppings
- 1 tbsn Olive Oil
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 tspn Celery Salt
- 1 tspn Garlic Granules
- Dried Chili Flakes (to taste)
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Gherkins Relish
- 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
- 1 tbsp Juice from Gherkin Jar
- 1 cup Emmental Cheese
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- Sliced Red Onion
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, 1 tbsp of yeast and 1 tspn salt.
- In a separate bowl or measuring cup, combine the warm water, 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp olive oil and mix well. Add to the flour mixture.
- Use a spoon to mix begin the dough making process, making sure everything in the bowl is mixed well. Knead the dough into a ball before covering it in a bowl for at least 30 minutes to let the yeast do its work.
- In a food processor, combine the ingredients for the pizza sauce and puree.
- Add a tbsp of olive oil to a pan and heat on medium high. Add the ground beef, celery salt, garlic granules, and chili flakes to cook and brown.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayo, relish, mustard and Gherkins juice to create the topping sauce.
- Flour the working area so the dough does not stick and lay out the pizza dough and roll flat.
- Place the flattened pizza dough on a baking sheet or pizza pan and smother with the tomato sauce. Add the cooked browned beef, cheeses, the red onion and lightly sprinkle with olive oil. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Use a spoon to sprinkle the baked pizza with the mayo and mustard sauce.
