Banana Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Bites
This yummy treat for the parents and kids only needs two ingredients that's quick and easy.
Equipment
- Mini Cupcake Pan
- Blender or Food Processor
Ingredients
- 2 Bananas (frozen, fresh or bag)
- 1 bag Mini Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- For the frozen bananas you can either get 2 fresh ones (then slice and freeze) or pick up a bag of frozen sliced bananas from the freezer section in the grocery store.
- Take the frozen bananas and blend until the mixture forms into a thick consistancy like ice cream.
- Once blended, add 1/4 of the bag of chocolate chips and mix into the frozen banana puree.
- Using a silicone spatula, scoop the mixture into the mini cupcake pan.
- Once done filling pan, sprinkle some extra chocolate chips on top. You can also leave some bare or some with chips so you can have multiple options.
- Place mini cupcake pan in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Serve and enjoy!
