European destinations are calling you.

Last-minute offers are giving you a chance to skip the traditional holiday routine and choose your path. Alone, with your partner or a best friend, now’s the time to check out some of the most charming cities and vacay spots all around Europe.

Before you even think “That’s impossible, what about cousins, neighbors, etc., ” remember this is a season of giving. You are giving yourself an adventure of a lifetime, and you can still find the time you spend other holidays with the ones you love. It’s TLC time, and you don’t need any extra preparing. Book a flight and pack up just the necessities!

Our first pick is Finland. The Scandinavian country is Santa Claus’s place of birth, so naturally, we want to explore that. Finland is also a beautiful country, full of vivid nature and various ways to relax and get in touch with yourself.

The next stop is not that far away, but then again, Europe is rather small compared to other continents. We’re off to Germany for some tasty wine, pop up restaurants, and pieces of history. Check out Berlin in its full glory, walk the streets of Munich, then head to Salzburg, which is just a train ride away from Austria’s capital.

Apart from the mesmerizing city of Vienna, the Austrian Alps will give any ski lover an adventure of a lifetime. The ski resorts during holidays look even more majestic. It’s everything you ever hoped for and more. But we aren’t wasting any time, because our final stop is one of the most beautiful countries in the world: Italy!

Who would want to visit Italy in December/January? Anyone who wants to see the former Roman Empire minus the crowds and tourists. Pick any city, Verona, Rome, or Florence, you will get perfect accommodation for less, and you won’t have to make reservations for the best restaurants months in advance.

It may seem like a weird, out of the ordinary idea, but this is an ideal time to shake up your life and add some spice to it. And by spice, we mean travel and see whatever it is that you wanted for less. The Old Continent is like a vast historical entertainment park. Each town, village, river, has its story, many several millennia old. Did we mention the food or the art scene? Clearly, you have to go now, so you can come back and continue the adventure!
