Help these companies support women all around the world

The greatest day of the year celebrating boss babes all around the world, International Women’s Day. On Sunday, March 8 it’s a worldwide celebration of women and to help you celebrate here are a couple of companies that are contributing to boss babes.

Benefit

The cosmetics company, Benefit, is helping women all around the world by offering free headshots for their LinkedIn employment profile to help women entering the workplace. Studies have shown that LinkedIn members with profile pictures are likely to receive up to 21 more profile views. Benefit Cosmetics is offering free headshot at their boutique locations including Lampur, San Francisco, Kuala, London, Toronto, Glasgow, Perth, Hamburg, Melbourne, Dusseldorf, and Sydney.

Ban.do
The women’s clothing and accessory website, Ban.do, is offering two donation promotions going on that help support women around the world. If you purchase the Resilience Necklace from Jen Gotch X Iconery collection, 100% of the proceeds will be donated to a non-profit organization, Bring Change To Mind, that dedicates their work to ending discrimination and stigma relating to mental illness.

The Good Intentions Collection will also be donating a portion of the sales to the non-profit group, Girls Inc., that helps girls manage economic, gender, and social barriers to grow up independent, healthy, and educated.

L’Occitane

When you get the L’Occitane Shea Hibiscus Solidarity Balm and they donate 100% of the profits to the L’Occtaine Foundation that supports NGO projects supporting women’s leadership in Burkina Faso. This limited edition product is also made by 10,000 women in Burkina Faso to support community, heritage, and natural resources.

The jewelry brand is celebrating this magnificent holiday all year long by launching six new versions of the Everlyne Friendship Bracelet that gives back 20% of proceeds to women’s organizations. They also have the Women Empowerment Rose Charm that donates 50% of the proceeds from the sale to support brands working to support and empower women.

Last September, they opened the WEL Institute at UT Austin hiring 90% of female employees.

This organization helps women in eight countries offering tools, support, and skills to help them move from poverty and crisis to find stability through economic self-sufficiency.
