Bite-Sized Mushroom Caps With a Savory Filling

Stuffed mushroom caps are an easy appetizer that feels a little special without being complicated. The mushrooms stay tender while the filling turns rich and flavorful as it bakes. Each bite is satisfying and light enough to enjoy before a main meal or as a small snack.

This recipe keeps things simple with everyday ingredients and minimal prep. Everything comes together in one bowl, then straight into the oven. The result is warm, savory mushrooms that are best enjoyed fresh.

They are great for sharing and work well for casual gatherings or quiet nights at home. Serve them hot and let the natural flavor of the mushrooms do most of the work.
