Start off with some cream cheese, cheddar cheese, cilantro, chili flakes, and some cooked chorizo. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until they are completely combined.

Next take out a roll of crescent rolls and dust flour on both sides. Roll them out evenly across the counter until they are in one solid sheet. After, cut the sheet into small strips.

For the pepper portion, cut mini sweet peppers in half and fill them with the mexican mix. Take the cut crescent strips and wrap them around the peppers like a mummy. Bake and voila! You now have fun and spooky mexican stuffed peppers.
