Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry: Postponed Wedding Code For Broken Up?

Five possible scenarios for the famous British-American couple.

Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry postponed the wedding, and even gave an explanation: they want to wait to have kids. Or a kid doesn’t matter, because no one buys it. So here’s some very light investigative journalism about possible scenarios.

Bloom and Perry are already married
Last time we checked, the American singer already picked out her wedding shoes. So, the couple may be married, but instead of going with some extravaganza, they had a low key ceremony. Can Katy Perry do low key? Yes, but even if the wedding was super secretive, we’d get some photos. So, this theory is improbable.

Someone or both got cold feet
The British actor said he does not want another divorce. Orlando Bloom was married to Miranda Kerr, and they have a son. The couple divorced three years into their marriage, and they are doing co-parenting right, at least that’s what they want us to think. It wasn’t a big scandal. However, it doesn’t mean it wasn’t heartbreaking. Katy Perry was also married to another Brit, Russell Brand. There’s a big chance that both the bride and groom to be got cold feet.

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are no more
In case study number three, our couple broke up. For whatever reason, they are not confirming anything for now. This is also believable, and only time will tell. They were broken up before, then got back together, so it’s not like they were always a highly functioning couple.

Someone cheated
According to Us Weekly, the couple couldn’t book a location for their December wedding. That’s odd because you don’t announce when you’re getting married without a venue. For the sake of argument, if one of them cheated, both would want to prevent a scandal. Hence, various sources claim they want children first, or location wasn’t available.

Nothing happened
There a tiny chance that Perry and Bloom are fine. Maybe the singer is already pregnant and wants some peace and quiet. The argument here is similar to the theory “they are already married.” Whatever is happening isn’t going to affect the couple long term, and it even might be something great. We are keeping our eyes open and waiting for the other shoe to drop. Or not, because we honestly have no idea what is going on with these two.
